Type anything
Hyperbit is a small studio making games for iOS and Android. In our first one, you solve puzzles by typing things into existence. Try it here: type an object and press Enter. [PLACEHOLDER]
About Hyperbit
We're a small team, and we like games that explain themselves. You should be able to pick one up on the bus and get it before your stop. After that, it should keep surprising you for months.
In development for iOS and Android
Game 1
(working title) [PLACEHOLDER]name TBD
A puzzle-platformer where the answer is whatever you can think of. Need to cross a river? Type a boat, a bridge, or a very large frog.
- Type an object
- Write a word and it drops into the level, with the size, weight and abilities you'd expect.
- Add adjectives
- A flying pig flies. A frozen ladder is slippery. A giant duck blocks the doorway.
- Solve it more than one way
- Every level has several answers. Finding the others earns extra stars.
- Make your own levels
- Build a puzzle, publish it, and watch people solve it in ways you didn't plan.
Want to know when it’s out?
One email when it launches. Coming to iOS and Android. [PLACEHOLDER]
How we work
[PLACEHOLDER]draft copy-
We start with something fun to poke at, and add rules only when they make it better.
-
One idea per screen. If a menu needs a tutorial, the menu is wrong.
-
Clear verbs and no jargon, in the games and on this site.
What’s in Game 1
Story mode runs through five worlds, each built around a different kind of object. There’s also a sandbox with no goals, and an editor for making your own levels.
